Halwa layered Ice Cream :-)

Tried and tasted by Nivedita
Hi All,
I Scream when I see ICE CREAM....and now that ice cream with halwa :-)))))))))))) If you are a regular visitor here, you know I have a sweet tooth(Actually full set of teeth :-)))) ) and will be thinking always about the sweets after my food. And these events in the blogging world always puts my brain to work :-)
I wanted to try something using ice cream.... So this came the idea...
But please bear with the photo, I will tell the reason at the end.
Coming to the recipe: Very easy one, tasty, yummy, healthy(???) and just perfect dessert after wonderful lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
Vanilla or Butterscotch or Pista or Mango Ice cream - 1 big bowl or 200 litre(your favorite flavor)
but I  felt Vanilla will taste good with these halwa
Gajjar ka halwa (Carrot Halwa) - 1/2 cup(made with 1 big carrot)(Recipe Below)
Beet root halwa - 1/2 cup (Made with 1 big beet) (Recipe here or the simple version below)
CARROT HALWA:
Carrot - 2 big, cleaned and grated
Sugar - 1/4 cup or as per the taste
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder - pinch
Milk - 2 tbsp
Mix all in a MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL. Cook it on HIGH for 6 to 8 minutes, this halwa should be hard. Cook it more to make it little chewy.
ALLOW IT TO COOL, its a MUST.

BEETROOT HALWA :
Beet - 1 big, cleaned, peeled and grated
Sweetened condensed milk - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder
Heat the ghee in  a thick bottomed kadai. (Its good to make this on fire as we need to fry the beet to remove the raw smell) Add the grated beet and fry for few minutes till you feel the raw smell is almost gone, I fried for 5 minutes. Add the condensed milk and cook for few more minutes till the beetroot and the milk gets well mixed. Add the cardamom and cook for a minute.
Remove from the fire. Again the MUST step, allow it to COOL.

making layers:

Take a glass bowl.(Today I felt the necessary of few utensils with which I could have done better presentation. It ok for now, I will try to buy it the next time I go for shopping ) Spread 1" thick of (according to the size of the glass or bowl) beetroot halwa. Spread the ice cream again of 1" thick. Now spread the carrot halwa. Repeat with the ice cream layer. You can choose different flavors also for each layer.
Allow it to set for some time and serve chilled..
You can give any shape, If you have a cylindrical vessel with both the side open like the tube ones, this ice cream looks beautiful.
Now coming to the pictures,
First thing is the camera, Its an old one and have some problem. I am not able to take the photos properly.
Second thing is I could not keep the layers intact as the power went off when I Kept it to set and all the three layers got mixed. So I got an idea to mix the three things and give a new shape to it: and here it is down how it looked,

Sending it to (MY) two events
